Click on the “Mumbai suburban season ticket” link provided in the home page of IRCTC website. Registered users can login with their username and password; non-registered users need to register their account to use the feature.

Fill all the details like Source, Destination , Class , Type etc; a maximum of three different source stations and three different destination stations can be opted at a time. Users can use the Help section to get any help in the booking process.

Then fill the details like Passenger Name, ID Card No etc; select the route if multiple routes are listed. Fill up the Identity card number also; take extreme care while entering the identity card number, because any mismatch will fail the booking process. Also, select the Place of Delivery like Home, Office, etc.

Click on the button "Make Payment" and a pop-up window will give the list of payment options. Please choose one of the mode of payment. After completing the authorized payment the ticket booking will be processed and the user will get the confirmation message further. Please keep the transaction ID and STR number for future reference.
