There are 2 options for the consumers to register with in the page petroleum.nic.in/dbt/index.php or petroleum.nic.in/dbt/index.htm;

1) With Aadhaar 2) Without Aadhaar

If we have Aadhaar, we can click on the Primary option ie; Aadhaar  based cash transfer and then a page http://petroleum.nic.in/dbt/index_option1.php will appear. Its about DBTL Scheme - Option 1, we can go ahead with the registration process.

If we don't have Aadhaar, then we need to click on the secondary option ie;  Non-Aadhaar  based cash transfer and then a page http://petroleum.nic.in/dbt/index_option2.php will appear. We can move forward with the registration process there.
